We loved the location of this home and were thrilled with the Watercolor community. We enjoyed taking the included LSV for a cruise around Watercolor, as well as to park and explore Seaside. Publix was conveniently close too. The resort pool and beach access is only a couple blocks away, so it is easily walkable if you don’t want to pay for parking at the resort. The home was very comfortable and clean. Loved hanging out on the porch in the mornings. It had everything we needed to comfortably host three adults and two children. The pack ‘n play was an added bonus for our toddler. Would definitely stay here again.

The property and location are absolutely stunning! The hosts are very responsive, but were a bit condescending at times. We did have a few issues during our stay. The lock box for the golf cart key was jammed and unable to be opened. Unfortunately due to the placement of the golf cart in the driveway, only 1 car was able to fit. I reached out to the host and they had maintenance out to fix it within a couple hours. Which we greatly appreciated, however, this issue delayed us from being able to fully utilize the allotted/advertised parking. While waiting for this issue to be resolved, we had to pay for additional parking, which was very inconvenient especially after spending nearly $4,000 on this rental. We were also missing a wristband, which is required for accessing amenities in the Watercolor community. Luckily the HOA office was open and we were able to pick it up, but it was very inconvenient especially after being promised that all wristbands would be at the Airbnb upon arrival.
