Our stay on 30A was absolutely incredible. The house was beautiful—every detail felt thoughtful, clean, and welcoming. It truly made the whole experience feel elevated and relaxing from the moment we arrived.
Communication was seamless and timely the entire time, which made everything so easy and stress-free. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the home and the guest experience.
We could not have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this house for one week during the Christmas holiday. The home exceeded our expectations and is more spacious than we anticipated! There were 10 of us plus 2 young children, and we all felt like we had a lot of space to be together for a week. The listing and photos are accurate, and we were surprisingly provided enough amenities/supplies to cover our time there, this included beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, wagon, golf cart, and bikes! When we arrived, there was a smoke/cigarette smell, but the Stayon30a team took care of it within the hour! The home is in a perfect location by the beach and 7 min walk into Rosemary town, but I would say the Stayon30a team really made us feel well cared for and safe! Everyone is so professional, polite, and proactive. We felt like we had 5-star service as if at a resort. They even brought Santa by the house! 11/10 recommend this property with this team!
