The fist floor deck/porch furniture needs at very least new cushions but probably new furniture. All and all very pleased with the accommodations

Our stay at Beach Thyme was so so wonderful! The perfect beach home to enjoy with a large group of people. We loved that every room had its own bathroom. The house very was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a perfect beach trip. Great location for walking to popular shops and restaurants. Beautiful sunset views from the 3rd floor. The host and property management company were quick to respond with any questions and made us feel so welcome, preparing us well ahead of time before our stay even began. The only reason for 4 starts instead of 5 had nothing to do with the home and our accommodations but rather the community and its very strict rules. Beware of the pool patrol aka the pool security staff. They are huge sticklers. Understandingly, it does keep the area very nice but some things were a bit excessive. If you are going during peak season, except to be packed like sardines at the beach or get to the pool as soon as it opens for chairs. You must sit there with your things because you cannot save chairs. Overall, we loved our stay and had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

We loved our stay here. We had 8 adults and 4 kids of various ages. The house accommodated all of us easily. We all had bathrooms and balconies. The location was great- easy to get to the beach and pool. We walked to get coffee and shop. The bikes made getting to Rosemary very easy. The Seacrest beach was as described by others- there is a small area that is not taken over by private chair rentals and Alys beach to the right. But we got there early each day and had plenty of room. Though it got crowded by lunch each day. We heard Inlet beach was a good alternative but didn’t make it out there. Be sure to read the rules on what to bring to the beach. We brought cooler backpacks and extra chairs. Otherwise was very easy and super fun. The kids had a blast and we made great memories. Thank you!
