This precious place was perfect for our group of 8. Easy walk to the beach, stocked with everything we needed. The bikes were great for getting around and exploring nearby towns. Would definitely stay here again.

SUCH A GREAT PLACE TO STAY! It was clean & beautiful! We had a great time! Notifications & communication, from the host, from start to finish, was great! Instructions were easy to follow for arrival, & for departure. Be sure to read about trash pick up days. The cottage had everything we needed…kitchen was functional & fully equipped with everything we needed when making family meals, etc. Only thing we were missing was a can opener but I let the host know in my feedback. Both kitchen & bathrooms had starter items (paper towels, soaps, tp, etc). Two front rooms wld sometimes get a little warm, but there was a small fan for the kids room & we brought a portable fan & used it for the other room, not a big deal. They also provided everythg needed to take to the beach…chairs, umbrellas, wagon, beach toys & coolers, if needed. Short walk to private access & to beach. There was a hose in back to rinse us & everythg off. Grill was great too! Access to the pool & pool was so great! TY!

Fantastic house! We loved our stay and its proximity to the beach. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach and then a quick bike ride to Alys and Rosemary beach for outings. The rental process for the bikes was easy and the communication from the property host was very quick throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this house for families looking for a place on 30A!
