We had a great vacation on 30A. The townhome was very clean and comfortable for our whole family. It had great beach gear and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. Our favorite part was being right next to the pool which we went to everyday and across the street from the Big Chill which has a lot of food, drinks and daily activities for aimed at kids and families like face paintings and movie nights. The neighborhood is great for families and there are always a ton of kids riding bikes around. If you want to go to the beach the golf cart comes in handy. Just know if you go to Deer Lake State Park it is a bit of a walk. If you can find parking near the Gulf Lakes Beach Access the walk is shorter.
