We’ve been to 30A a few times and this was by far our favorite Airbnb! You are right across the street from Big Chill and a 5 minute car ride to Seaside or Rosemary Beach. The golf cart and bikes make the location so convenient. The house itself was beautiful and by far the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in! Can’t say enough good things about our stay. We are already planning our next trip!

We greatly enjoyed the stay! The house and neighborhood are better than advertised. We traveled with 3 boys between 10 and 4 years old, and they LOVED the bikes and ability to roam the neighborhood. Only note is the beach access. Do your research on the front end and be mentally prepared to choose your own beach access adventure. We were used to ocean front condos with walk out access. It takes intentionality to get to the beach from the condo, and different access points offer you different perks. Overall, this place is 5/5 and we had such a blast.
