The condo was very clean. Having bunk beds and a queen bed in the secondary room was perfect for us with our 3 girls. The golf cart was great getting us to and from the beach. The adult bikes were great and perfect for our almost 12 year old as well. The supplies they included (tp, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent..etc.) was very generous compared to other units we have rented there in the past. The steep driveway wasn't ideal. Only real issues I'd say we had with our trip was a lack of communication on a couple occasions with the management company. First occasion was before we got there. We had asked about the type of beach wagon that was at the property. They offered to ask to find out (which I thought was going above and beyond) however after a few inquires on what they found out, they never actually responded with an answer. The second occasion was during our stay. There were ants on the kitchen counter. They told us if after the first day the ants were still there they would send someone. The ants were still there and getting worse despite us cleaning counters and putting food away, but no one came even after we asked a second time. Lastly, the fan light in the master bedroom would randomly turn on several times during the night. They said they would send a maintenance worker and maybe they actually would have, but we told them we'd just keep the fan off for the duration of our trip. Overall though, it was a very nice place to stay.
