We loved our stay! We brought our 3 year old and 4 month old and the townhouse was the perfect space for us. It was so nice to have the pool right across the street when we didn’t feel like hauling everything to the beach. On that note, I do want to point out that there isn’t private beach access with this townhome. I was behind while planning and didn’t realize that lots of the beaches are private and you need specific permission to access them. We went to deer lake state park access and it is a JAUNT from the lot to the water. Definitely not the hosts fault, just something to think about if that’s important to you! They were super communicative and brought over blankets the same day we asked, as well as communicated with the rental company we hired to rent baby items to gain access to the unit so we didn’t have to coordinate. The complex is super family friendly and really convenient to have the big chill right across the street.
