  Great stay and a perfect home! We really enjoyed the kitchen. We cooked every day, and the kitchen and dining table were perfect for our family. Table has lots of chairs! We loved it for our big family. The host was friendly and welcoming. The back porch with the French doors was a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast each morning, and we especially loved the rocking chairs. The bikes were a huge hit with the entire family! Publix was only about a 10-minute drive (15–20 minutes with traffic), which was a huge plus. It was so convenient being close to the grocery store and other nearby shops.

  The home was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a 5-night stay with our 2 kids, including tons of beach… The home was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a 5-night stay with our 2 kids, including tons of beach toys and gear. It seemed like a less busy area by 30A standards, which was great, and it was so convenient having The Big Chill an easy walk or bike/golf cart ride away. We used the nearby Deer Lake beach access and despite it being high season, never had an issue with the beach feeling crowded. The home is also a very short walk to the pool. Overall would highly recommend to anyone coming to the area!

  I stayed here for my bachelorette trip and I would definitely stay here again! The hosts were very nice and responded quickly to my messages. The house was beautiful and very clean! They had everything you would need for a vacation rather it’s beach towels, beach chairs, bikes, and a golf cart. I would definitely recommend staying here!
