  Absolutely LOVED this home! The entire home was spotlessly clean and organized. Great furniture, comfortable beds, simple but lovely decor, very welcoming atmosphere. While the neighborhood is still being developed, it was quiet and safe. Plenty of basic supplies were provided as well as a fully stocked kitchen! It is less than a minute to public beach access, less than a block from the community pool and only a few minutes to neighboring towns, like Rosemary and seaside. All of the beach essentials are provided, which is super helpful when you’re traveling from out of state. I would hands down stay here again! Stay on 30A was so communicative, friendly and helpful. It really is the best vacation rental I’ve ever stayed at! Highly recommend!

  The place is amazing and perfect for families with children; the pool is conveniently close by. There are beaches very close by with parking and good restaurants. It was our first time staying in that area, and we loved it.

  This house exceeded our expectations! Conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, shopping and the airport. We had six adults in our party and had plenty of room to sleep comfortably. The house was beautiful, clean & had everything we needed. The bikes were an added fun bonus too! We’d absolutely stay here again!
