  The condo itself was beautiful & spacious. The inside was clean & comfy. The location was close to lots of amenities & things to do. The beach was beautiful. A couple things that I wish were different about our stay: Both balcony areas were covered in black bugs upon our arrival. There were tons of dead ones & flying ones as well. I contacted Stay on 30a to see if they could come spray something perhaps. They responded quickly & very kindly said that they are harmless "love bugs" & there is nothing they can do about them. They were gross, & we didn't really use the balconies which was disappointing. We didn't keep the sliding doors open much due to the noise in the area. The unit is near the pool. Kids were in the pool screaming at all hours of the day & into the night. Noise from the beach carries. I could hear people talking on the beach in the early mornings. There was a big gathering on the beach playing loud music one night and another unit blasting music all day.

  An Amazing Getaway! My husband and I had an amazing stay at the Salty Thyme! We typically vacation somewhere along the 30A area every year, and this time might have been our favorite. The condo was beautifully updated with modern decorations and very beachy vibes. The bed and pillows were super comfy (bed was on the firm side, but we like firm)! The condo was in a great area, kind of located off of a fork on the road, so it wasn't right off of the super busy street. Publix was just a 1 minute drive away and Bayou Bills was delicious and right across the street. We loved it so much we returned twice and just walked right over. We did rent chairs for the week through the local vendor which was nice to have, even though the condo did come with chairs and umbrellas, we enjoyed just having it set up for us daily. I also loved that the condo came with a little starter kit of things. One of my favorite things being the coffee filters!! I know that sounds so crazy, but it is the ONE thing we forgot to bring with us and forgot to buy at the store. So when I opened up the starter kit and saw them in there, it was such a nice surprise and saved me from having to buy a massive pack of 500 of them at Publix. We highly recommend staying at the Salty Thyme and booking through Stays on 30A for all 30A rentals! We will definitely be back!

  Beautiful home and location. The team was extremely responsive and gave great recommendations. We're looking forward to visiting again!
