House was awesome, host was responsive, everything was exactly as described in the listing. Prominence was perfect for easy access to Deer Lake State Park which is by far the least crowded beach, and the pool was great for cooling off in the afternoon. Only downside was the community gym is no longer which we were bummed about. Everything else was perfect!

Great spot. The golf cart was fantastic to have and very nice to be well centered to the hot spots like Seaside and Alys beach. Also the big chill across the street was super convenient for food and to let the kids run around.

Wonderful stay. We loved having access to the community pool, golf cart, 4 bikes and beach items! The host was the quickest and most responsive of any host I’ve ever been in contact with. One of the best parts about our experience was the location. It was perfect (for our family) to be in between Rosemary/Alys and Seaside! Highly recommend
