We had a wonderful Fall break in Watersound! The house was great and offered plenty of space for 2 families (8 people). We loved being able to walk/bike to The Big Chill for a quick bite, shopping, and entertainment. The pools were really nice but a lot of the lounge chairs were broken. It was very buggy this time of year at the pools and the beach. The beach was beautiful! We do wish there was closer access to the beach. The bikes and golf cart were helpful getting to the beach but there is still a very long boardwalk once you park. We did have an issue with the keyless entry running out of battery. We reached out and let them know that the lock was not working well and the battery needed to be changed. We were told someone would come take a look but no one ever came out to fix it. Unfortunately, we were unable to lock and secure the house for 2 full days when we were not there because the keyless entry needed a new battery. Overall, the stay was great and I would recommend.
