From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described—and even better. The home is beautifully maintained, exceptionally spacious, and offered more than enough room for our family to relax and enjoy our time together. We especially loved how peaceful and private it felt while still being just steps to the pool and The Big Chill, making it incredibly convenient for everyone. The amenities were outstanding, and the golf cart and bikes were such a thoughtful addition that made getting around fun and effortless. The management team was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and genuinely committed to providing an exceptional guest experience. Sea Mist is a property that is clearly cared for with pride, and it shows in every detail. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for your next vacation!

Sea Mist on 30A is a lovely, cozy home that provides a relaxing atmosphere for gatherings.The layout easily… Sea Mist on 30A is a lovely, cozy home that provides a relaxing atmosphere for gatherings.The layout easily accommodated our group of 10 guests.As a grandparent, I appreciated the first floor primary bedroom for easy accessibility as this helped to significantly minimize having to climb stairs.It also allowed others to have privacy and ample space on the second level floor.The porches and decks along with nice outdoor furniture and the grill all gave the home southern charm and beachy feel which we enjoyed.There were plenty of supplies for beach outings such as, among other things, extra towels, chairs, a beach umbrella and a wagon to tote supplies.Golf Cart and bikes are nice options to have available.The home's proximity to the pool, several beaches, restaurants and The Big Chill makes it easy and fun to enjoy a variety of activities and outings without the stress of long drives. Having grocery stores nearby is a huge plus for extra food shopping, provisions or any other last minute supplies.Bedrooms are sizable, and for my preference, the beds are very comfortable.First floor laundry and four bathrooms were very convenient.There's a lot to enjoy at this property.Hosts are responsive and willing to help with questions or concerns.Overall, given that my family enjoyed the time we spent together at Sea Mist, I would book again.
