We had another wonderful stay at Stay On 30A's place! It was just as beautiful as we remembered, and it truly feels like a home away from home. One of our favorite things is that everything you need for the beach is already there. Having the golf cart and all the beach gear available means we don't have to pack or rent anything, which makes the trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The location is fantastic. Being able to walk across the street to The Big Chill for restaurants, shopping, and entertainment is such a convenience and one of the reasons we keep coming back. We highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again!

Their “favorite” beach is not “walk straight up to beach”….its a lengthy walk and no parking is really available. It’s a public beach, so private beaches on both size and everyone packs into a tiny public area. We tried to park the golf cart in a small space in the very small parking lot, but ended up getting a $125 parking ticket bc we were parked “too close to the landscaping”. So there’s a little misinformation in the property description. There were also some kind of gnats flying around the inside of the home and I was bit multiple times by bugs which left huge itchy welps on back, legs, and arms.
