Great location and the house was very clean. The golf cart was perfect to head towards Seaside and the bikes were great to head towards Rosemary Beach. The Big Chill across the street was fun to watch World Cup games so definitely a bonus if you’re in town during any sporting events and want to watch on a big screen!

Great location for family trip. Easy/close access to beach and had beach supplies needed for all ages. Was able to bike to nearby towns and only 30 min drive to Panama City. Loved the pools and grilling area and spent most nights at Big Chills with our youngest child.
