We had a great two night stay at this home for our final two nights on 30A. Having the golf cart was a huge plus as we were able to right down to Seaside for a night and of course to the beach access points that were given to us when we arrived. Very easy check in process and always responded with any questions we had. Extremely clean bathrooms and bedding and a fully stocked kitchen. We will be back in the future!

I saved so much money staying here because it came with beach chairs, pool toys, sand castle stuff, a wagon to take to… I saved so much money staying here because it came with beach chairs, pool toys, sand castle stuff, a wagon to take to the beach, four nice bikes, golf cart, two coolers. Easily saved $2,000 of rental or purchase equipment and way less packing. 10/10 on this place! Host was VERY responsive!

Beautiful place looks just like the photos. Had everything we needed for a day at the beach - coolers, chairs umbrella etc . Host was very responsive and proactive with communication. We had one problem with the fridge and maintenance was there right away. Pack your own washcloths if you have kids - their washcloths are the size of hand towels. Was further to the beach than I thought, the walk once you got to the boardwalk was very far like half a mile and I didn’t look into that before booking. Kind of far with little kids. Pool was over crowded every afternoon, but was ok morning and evening.
