We had a very enjoyable stay at Barefoot 30A. The home is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the private pool was a highlight for our family. It was convenient to the beach, restaurants, and everything 30A has to offer. Upon arrival, we encountered a few issues, including some cleaning items that had been overlooked, a couple of damaged furniture pieces, and yellow jacket nests on the property. To the management company’s credit, every concern was addressed promptly and professionally, and their responsiveness was greatly appreciated. Given the Airbnb Luxe designation and premium price point, we expected the home to be in impeccable condition upon arrival. While the property certainly has the quality and amenities to justify its Luxe status, more attention to detail before guest check-in would better match those expectations. Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend Barefoot 30A to others seeking a great location, beautiful home, and responsive management team.

We had a great stay! Check-in was easy, and all instructions for wristbands, parking, and accessing the home were clear. The location was excellent—an easy walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The tram was a great convenience and arrived quickly whenever we called. The home was well stocked with dishes, cookware, towels, blankets, and everything we needed. The six bikes were a fantastic bonus. The childproof alarm on the back door was a bit of an annoyance for us since we weren't traveling with children, but we understand why it's there and appreciate the safety feature for families. There was some minor construction behind the house during our stay, which caused a little noise at times, but it didn't significantly impact our vacation. The management company was responsive and helpful whenever we reached out. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this home.
