Great place within walking distance of Allys Beach and Rosemary Beach. All the amenities you need in one location whether it’s biking near the beaches, shopping, good food or relaxing. Room was spacious, clean and well organized.

Great place! We stayed there from July 5 - July 9, 2026. Very bright and clean studio, perfect for a couple looking for a relaxing stay around 30A. Short walking distances to the beach and to restaurants in Rosemary! Host was very responsive the entire time, and very helpful. Smooth check in and check out experience as well. Only comments to be mindful of: 1) Like a few have mentioned, it's around a busy area, so expect some noise until 10pm. After that, it's quite peaceful. Host provides white noise machine so we were able to sleep great. 2) It's on the second floor, so expect a small flight of stairs. Elevators are available, but stairs end up being more convenient. 3) Make sure you have somewhere to store bags before check-in, since that's not provided. We ended up renting a car so we wouldn't have to drag our bags to the beach with us. Overall 10/10 stay!
