The house was lovely and neighborhood was beautiful. Check-in was easy, and the house was clean and tidy. There were plenty of essentials in the house, and the nearby Publix had everything else we needed. The beach is a short walk or golf cart ride away, but traffic on 30-A can be heavy at certain times of the day, so keep that in mind if heading to the beach with kiddos. We had issues with the golf cart during our stay, and maintenance came out repeatedly but was “unable to duplicate the issue” so we just had to deal with repeated stalling/getting stuck in places with 5 kids. Stay on 30A and Airbnb did comp a decent amount to make up for the inconvenience, which we appreciated, but it was a hassle all week not being able to rely on the golf cart. It was an amenity we counted on having, especially having to cross the highway to access the beach. Hopefully they will fix the cart issue before the next guests arrive.
