House fit the needs of the large group, especially the shared living and dining area. The closeness to the beach and reserved beach chairs were awesome. The pool was a little dirtier than expected and there were several exterior ceiling fans that were broken or missing. Overall it was an excellent stay

Perfect location with a walk across the street to the gulf and sandy beach with complimentary umbrella and beach chairs. Pool was a big hit with family and little ones. Some enjoyed fishing from the dock out back. This is a pefect vacation home .

Wonderful house with plenty of space. Great location, easy trip to the beach with it being right across the steeet. We would definitely book here again.
