We had a great time at the house in Seacrest! It is tucked in a nice community between Alys & Rosemary with lots to do (pickle ball, pool, green spaces, etc). The home was very clean, well maintained & well equipped. Plenty of room in the home for large groups. Lots of beach towels are available. Full size washer and dryer was a huge help for our big group. We had one minor maintenance issue with the microwave that was addressed the same day. 2 parking spots are appointed to you (if small cars you can squeeze in 3) Additional parking is available, but can be difficult at times to find. The walk to the beach is across 30A and will take about 10 minutes door - sand. There is a sidewalk & crosswalk so the walk is safe with children. We found the beach was congested on the days we were there, so we went to one of the public beaches on a couple of days. We walked to dinner at night as several restaurants are close by. Great community & home! Will return!
