The home provides easy access to the beautiful Seacrest amenities, as well as the charming beaches of Rosemary and Alys. You can easily explore the local shops, dining options, and enjoy the stunning coastline. The house itself is incredibly spacious, perfect for families or groups. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials and more. One of the standout features of our stay was the availability of bikes, which allowed us to explore the area in a fun and relaxing way. Additionally, the beach equipment provided was a fantastic bonus- chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and a cooler at our disposal, making our beach days even more enjoyable. The team at Stay on 30A was responsive and attentive, communicating with us both before and during our stay to ensure everything was perfect. Their customer service definitely enhanced our experience. Overall, Tuck’s Place is a gem!

First time to 30A and it was incredible. We stayed with another family and the house had the perfect layout with 3 kings and 4 bunk beds with queens. Lots of living space with 3 different balconies to enjoy. Lots of little details that were a bonus including magnetic phone chargers in all the king rooms. Pool is a block away and the tram spot is 2 houses down to the beach. Pro tip to reserve your beach chairs 6 months in advance for front row to ocean. Lots of cool shops and restaurants.

Book this house! Perfection! We stayed here for a family trip with 3 little kids, including a baby. Walking distance to the pool, Rosemary beach, and Alys beach. Quick tram ride to beach. House had more baby gear than expected which was a great surprise (high chair, pack and play mattress, sound machines). The beach would get really busy mid afternoon, so we would head out first thing in the morning with no issues. Would definitely stay again!
