Guests enjoy easy access to the Gulf Lakes public beach, making it simple to step out onto the soft, white sands and enjoy the sparkling waters that make 30A so special. After a day of sun and surf, unwind at the resort-style pool, perfectly set within the community’s natural wooded landscape a serene space to relax and recharge.
The community’s dedication to preserving its natural beauty creates a peaceful, inviting atmosphere, perfect for quiet mornings, leisurely afternoons, and magical evenings with family. At Magnolia Cottages by the Sea, every moment is framed by the tranquility and charm of this coastal haven.
NEARBY BEACH ACCESS
1. Private Deeded Beach Access is found at the end of Patina Blvd across Hwy 30A. You can rent a "set" (2 chairs and an umbrella) from the exclusive provider to enjoy this access. If you choose not to rent from the exclusive vendor, you can setup the beach chairs from the home behind the rented chairs or walk down to the public spaces on either side. Gate code found in Welcome Guide.
2. Gulf Lakes Access is on Scenic 30A about 1/4 mile east of Camp Creek Lake and about 100 yards east of Pelican Circle. Halfway down the boardwalk there is a bike rack and shower but no car parking. The dune walkover sits on a high bluff overlooking the gulf.
3. Seacrest Drive Access is on Scenic 30A at the intersection of Seacrest Drive. A short boardwalk leads to a dune walkover high atop a bluff overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
HOUSE RULES
*Check-In: After 4PM | Check-Out: Before 10AM
*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including force porch. Additional cleaning charges of $500 will be charged if in violation.
*Capacity for 2 vehicles in the driveway.
*No parties or events.
*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.
*Space must remain pet free!
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
