Our home is stylishly decorated, offers hardwood floors throughout, and 10 ft. ceilings with lots of natural light! An open-concept living space and large balcony that runs the entire length of the home make it the perfect place to relax!
It is well-suited for families or couples with a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, 5 burner gas stove, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The dining room seats 6, plus additional seating at the bar for 3.
Living Room: the perfect space to relax with a large couch (queen sleeper sofa!) and 2 armchairs. There is a Roku Smart TV that comes equipped with Netflix and Disney+ for your entertainment.
Primary Bedroom: features a king bed, large walk-in closet with luggage rack, Roku Smart TV (with Netflix & Disney+), and primary bath with walk-in rain shower.
Second Bedroom: features a king bed, closet with luggage rack, and Roku Smart TV (with Netflix & Disney+).
Laundry Room: has a full size washer & dryer, beach towels, vacuum, and ironing board with iron.
Garage: has a golf cart, 4 Heron bicycles, 4 beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, cooler, and beach toys.
Please note our home's living space is entirely located on the second floor after you enter our door on the ground level!

Parking
One driveway parking space available.
The garage is reserved for the golf cart. For parking additional vehicles, the HOA requires vehicles be parked in the gravel street spaces on the South side of the community. Included is a 6 seater golf cart and 4 bicycles for your convenience.
To drive golf cart, you must be: 25 years old, sign a liability waiver, and have valid insurance and drivers license. Golf Cart is included as an amenity, at no additional cost.

The Big Chill (formerly "The Hub")
The community’s town center, called “The Big Chill,” includes restaurants, shops, and an amphitheater. The amphitheater includes a covered event pavilion and is a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn. This location is perfect for family outings! Be sure to catch the farmer's market here on Thursdays!
Nearest Beach Accesses:
-Santa Clara is a public beach access located at Bramble Grove Place (about 3.5 miles). This access provides a lifeguard, parking and bathrooms as well as ADA access to the beach.
-Deer Lake State Park (0.6 miles west of Prominence) is the nearest beach access. This park has great amenities including: restrooms, parking for golf carts/bikes/cars, and a beautiful walk along a boardwalk that winds through the natural dunes leading to the beach. The State Park charges a “Day Use Fee” of $3/car or $2/bikes or pedestrians for access and parking. Alcohol is not allowed as it is a State Park. It is a bit of a longer walk from parking area to the beach, but it’s a beautiful scenic walk on the long boardwalk with white sand dunes. The State Park Beach is less crowded than any public beach access points.
- Walton Dunes Beach Access (1.5 miles West of Prominence) has a small parking lot, but no bathrooms, and is located just west of the Deer Lake State Park boundary. This access has no steps-just walk straight onto the beach. One of our personal favorites!
-Gulf Lakes Estates is a South Walton County beach access (1 mile east of Prominence). Small access that can be easily missed. Parking not available but easy bike ride to the beach.
HOUSE RULES
*Check-In: After 4PM | Check-Out: Before 10AM
*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including balcony.
*No parties or events.
*Complimentary golf cart can only be operated by guests over 25 years of age who provide verification. Rental agreement requires a valid drivers license and proof of existing auto insurance coverage.
*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
