BEACH ACCESS
Three access points, just a short walk from the home:
1. Eastern Lake Beach Access is on the west side of Eastern Lake where the outfall meets the beach at the intersection of South Gulf Drive and Eastern Lake Road, about 1/4 mile south of Scenic 30A. The access has a shower, a bike rack, and a few parking spaces on Eastern Lake Drive. Eastern Lake is one of our rare coastal dune lakes in SoWal, which periodically open to exchange waters with the gulf.
2. Ramsgate beach access is a simple walkover near the end of Eastern Lake Road behind Summer s Edge neighborhood beside Ramsgate townhomes. This access does not have parking or showers.
3. Walton Dunes Beach Access (1.3 miles East of the home) has a small parking lot, but no bathrooms, and is located just west of the Deer Lake State Park boundary. This access has no steps-just walk straight onto the beach. One of our personal favorites!

ABOUT THE AREA
Seagrove Beach is a charming coastal community that is on 30a, nestled between Seaside and Watersound. The property is located within a short walk to a private community pool and two access points to the beautiful Emerald Coast beaches - one directly to the beach, and one to Eastern Lake, a coastal dune lake that flows right into the gulf- a phenomena that is found in one of 4 places in the World. You ll find restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a quick bike ride will land you in Seaside, a well-known 30A spot with farmers markets, shops, restaurants, and local food trucks to fill your entire party s needs.
Take a quick bike ride east in the opposite direction, and you can find yourself at the Big Chill, a popular outdoor space filled with restaurants, outdoor games, and big screen TVs to watch any sporting event your heart desires. 30A is located in between the beach and a 15,000-acre forest that is filled with hiking trails and off-road trails, for those that want to skip the beach and want a different experience.
Flying in from out of town instead of driving? Flying into ECP (Panama Beach City) airport is a 30 minute drive to the house. Flying into VPS (Destin airport) is a little over a 1 hour drive.

*Check-In: After 4PM | Check-Out: Before 10AM
*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back porch/deck.
*No parties or events.
*Up to 2 dogs allowed. Pet fee of $250/dog applies. Host must be notified of pet prior to arrival. 2 Pets Max!
*Complimentary golf cart can only be operated by guests over 25 years of age who provide verification. Rental agreement requires a valid drivers license and proof of existing auto insurance coverage.
*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver s license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
