NEARBY BEACH ACCESS
1. Pelayo Beach Access (100 ft from the home) is on Scenic 30A at the intersection of Pelayo Avenue across from Hidden Beach Villas. There is a shower and a bike rack but no car parking. A long boardwalk through a grove of coastal trees leads to a large deck with seating on high bluff overlooking the gulf.

2. Santa Clara beach (0.2 Miles from the home) access is located near Bramble Grove Road. This beach has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. For your convenience beach chairs, umbrellas, and kayaks are available to rent from beach services.

3. Campbell St. Beach Access (800 ft. from the home) is on Scenic 30A across from Campbell Street and the Seagrove Plaza.

**Should you desire to have beach chair service (chairs and umbrellas set-up), the company that provides these amenities is Big Fish Bike & Beach Rental. During busy summer months, it's best to rent your chairs and umbrellas in advance. When making reservations online (or over the phone), you would choose "Seagrove Dunes" as the location.

ABOUT THE AREA
Seagrove Beach is a charming coastal community that is on 30a, nestled between Seaside and Watersound. Seagrove is perfect for nature lovers seeking an unspoiled retreat and uncrowded environment. Enjoy canoeing, kayaking, swimming and more in this quaint town with Old Florida charm. You will find restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a quick bike ride will land you in Seaside, a well-known 30A spot with farmers markets, shops, restaurants, and local food trucks to fill your entire parties needs.

Take a quick bike ride east in the opposite direction, and you can find yourself at the Big Chill, a popular outdoor space filled with restaurants, outdoor games, and big screen TVs to watch any sporting event your heart desires. 30A is located in between the beach and a 15,000-acre forest that is filled with hiking trails and off-road trails, for those that want to skip the beach and want a different experience.

Flying in from out of town instead of driving? Flying into ECP (Panama Beach City) airport is a 30 minute drive to the house. Flying into VPS (Destin airport) is a little over a 1 hour drive.

*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited.
*No parties or events. 
*Complimentary bikes (2) provided. Waiver must be completed for bike lock code.
*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no wifi, or slow wifi.
*This unit must remain pet free.
*There are no refunds for weather related events. We advise trip insurance during hurricane season (May-November)

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
