Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change… life happens! That’s why we designed a simple and transparent 30-day cancellation policy to make things easy.

 

Within 30 days of purchase:
You can cancel your reservation for a 100% refund, as long as your check-in date is more than 30 days away. If your reservation is within 30 days of check-in, your booking is non-refundable once confirmed.

 

After 30 days of purchase:
After the 30-day cancellation window has passed, all payments are final and non-refundable, as your dates are fully reserved just for you.

 

After the 30-day window, we are unable to offer refunds or discounts for any changes, including early departures, late arrivals, weather conditions, or unexpected maintenance or utility issues.

 

We highly recommend adding Travel Protection Insurance at checkout. It’s the best way to protect your trip after the 30-day mark. Without it, refunds cannot be issued for cancellations or shortened stays.
